A loaf of sourdough is sure to be a hit at any holiday gathering, but what about pumpkin shaped sourdough bread? I love to make these pumpkin shaped loaves because they are basically foolproof. Scoring is a skill and takes some practice, but this pumpkin doesn’t require any of that.

Are those bananas your kids swore they would eat sitting on the counter going bad? Make up some sourdough discard banana muffins! It makes for a delicious, freezer-friendly breakfast. Don’t throw money in the trash, throw it in the oven instead!
We love bacon, but it takes so long to fry it up in the pan. Not to mention the greasy mess it makes on my stove. So now I cook bacon in the oven! I can make enough for everybody in a single batch and there isn’t a greasy mess to clean up afterwards.
