I’m Not Sick, It’s Allergies
Allergies seem to hit me hard every year. It begins in March and ends in December. Normally this includes a sinus infection at some point. I love pollen, just not in my body. This allergy essential oil roller bottle by no means stops it from happening, it just makes me less miserable while it is happening. It is particularly useful for opening up my sinuses when nothing else seems to be effective. Although, I use it long before things get that bad.
I have a really hard time with my allergies at night, so I like to oil up before bed. After taking a shower, I will rub the allergy roller bottle on my feet and chest. In the morning, I will put some on my wrists so that I can breathe it in throughout the day. Sometimes I get desperate. When that happens, I will dilute it further to use on my upper lip.
I also like to use the Stop the Snore Essential Oil Roller Bottle to help my husband survive my allergies. During the springtime, I keep this roller next to the bed. Before going to bed, I apply it to my chest and sometimes upper lip.

Using The Allergy Essential Oil Roller
Roll the allergy roller on the bottoms of your feet, chest, spine, bridge of the nose, and wrists. Typically, I use this roller like I would with vapor rub. If I need to smell it throughout the day, I put a bit on my wrists. I specifically like to roll a bit on before bed. It helps me and my husband sleep better.
Sunlight causes essential oils to break down over time. This is why most oils come in amber glass bottles. I recommend using an amber or cobalt roller bottle for this allergy blend. Even if you are using amber or cobalt bottles, it is still best to store the roller out direct sunlight.
In addition, essential oils can cause plastic to deteriorate over time. Therefore, it is recommended that you store essential oils in glass containers to avoid any problems.
Above all, be careful using this roller on skin that is exposed to sunlight. Lemon is photosensitive. That is to say, it can cause skin irritation when applied before going outside. This is why I apply it to my wrists and chest in the morning.
Diluting the Allergy Essential Oil Roller
This roller has a higher amount of essential oils because it is not intended for long term use. Therefore the dilution is 5% which is a bit higher than usual. If you need something stronger, you can safely double the amounts and go up to 10%.
On the other hand , if this roller is going to be used on children or elderly adults the blend needs to be more diluted. In order to use this roller on children between six and ten or elderly adults, mix a 1% dilution ratio to be safe. To do so, use only 1 drop of each oil in the roller.
