Best Homesteading Youtube Channels for Enjoyment
Farmhouse on Boone
Lisa Bass has a knack for creating beautiful and relaxing homesteading vlogs. She does a lot of day in the life type videos. She bakes, decorates her home, and cooks for her large family. If you want to be inspired as a mother, homemaker, or homesteader check out Farmhouse on Boone.
Three Rivers Homestead
Jessica’s videos are educational, but they are as if I’m walking beside her while she talks. Her children are helping her cook and prepare meals which makes it feel less like a production and more like enjoying time with a mentor. If you are interested in big batch cooking, child rearing, or preserving food then join Jessica on Three Rivers Homestead.
Acre Homestead
Becky does lots of gardening and cooking. She is very upbeat in her videos and gives lots of good recipes. I find I can relate to her because of where she is in life. She just had her first baby, so she is not the mama of a large family. With it being just my husband and I, there are some things I can’t relate to when homesteading mom’s talk about cooking for their large families. For some good gardening and cooking videos check out the Acre Homestead.

Best Homesteading Youtube Channels for Learning
Homesteading Family
Carolyn and Josh have lived the homesteading life and are very knowledgeable about all things homesteading. When I need an answer, they are who I turn to most of the time. Carolyn is an expert on food preservation and natural remedies. Josh is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to animal husbandry and gardening. Most homesteading questions can be answered by the Homesteading Family.
Homesteady
Aust and K teach about raising animals and butchering them as well. I feel like most channels avoid teaching the butchering aspect of things, which makes Homesteady a unique resource. If you are interested in learning how to raise and butcher your own meat or just milk a cow, Homesteady can help you out.
Justin Rhodes
Justin Rhodes shows the good and the bad sides of homesteading, which I can respect. Life isn’t always pretty and he shows that in his videos. But most importantly he also shows his audience how he fixed the problem or overcame the issue. He has videos on gardening, animal husbandry, and building a homestead. If you are looking to take control of your food watch some videos from Justin Rhodes.
Kowalski Mountain
Barbra-Sue is like having a homestead mom. She sews, cooks, and makes soap. She and Phillip also keep bees. They provide lots of recipes and tutorial videos. If you are interested in beekeeping, soap making, or sewing check out Kowalski Mountain for some help.
Melissa K. Norris
Melissa is an old soul and I absolutely love it. She teaches about canning, medicinal herbs, gardening, livestock, and all of those other skills your grandma knew. If you’re looking for a woman of faith to help guide your homesteading journey then go watch Melissa K. Norris.
